Receptionist
Location: London
Salary: £27,000 to £29,000 DOE
Role Type: Permanent, Full Time
We are looking for the most vibrant, exciting, enthusiastic candidate. We want team members to be outgoing, customer obsessed, can do attitude and always willing to own a problem to completion.
The person needs to be a team player, who will always go above and beyond to achieve.
Reporting directly to the Workplace Manager, this role will support the entire Team and be crucial in developing a Workplace Experience that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal/external suppliers by resolving service issues and acting as an ambassador for both Pareto and the Customer & Facilities Team.
- Support Workspace Team in managing and prioritise workloads within the team to ensure achievement of and ensure the highest service standards are met. service standards.
- Supping in management of the client’s leavers and new starters processes.
- Supping in management of internal client processes to include gym membership, locker allocation, bike pass allocation.
- Supporting the DSE assessment processes and tracking requirements
- Managing the clients ticketing system, raise, allocate, monitor, and close jobs and ensure all tickets raised by the client are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitoring and responding to the client’s Slack channels
- Supporting and ordering stationery for the London and Regional sites where required.
- Any other administrative duties or support function as required by the Workspace Manager and team.
- Must be prepared to ‘fill the gaps’ and step into any of the facilities/workspace roles in times of constrained resources.
- Reception Duties- This role will be required to cover reception as follows: Lunch, sickness and leave cover.
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Booking meetings
- Supporting internal events including set up and derig
- Arranging couriers
- Support with meeting room set up and daily room checks
- Managing stationary stock
- Placing stationery and food orders for Regional Sites
- Support with meeting room set up and daily room checks
- Creating passes for new starters, managing visitors and contractor passes process
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Answering phone calls
- Supporting with phone calls
- Sorting and distributing post
- Maintaining front door security and reporting any suspicious activity

Experience

- Contract management & negotiation skills.
- PC literate and competent in all relevant MS applications, i.e., Word, ExcelExcel, and PowerPoint
- DSE / First Aid Trained is a bonus
