Facilities Administrator
Salary : Up to £11.50 per hour
Location : Nuneaton Warwickshire, UK
Contract Type : Permanent
Hours: 25 hours (Flexible on candidates needs)
Key parts of role
- PPM planner management
- Contractor/visitor booking
- Quote management and tracking
- Electronic filing systems and document management
- Document management
- Health and safety documentation management and compliance
- Very strong administration and organisational skills
- Using Microsoft office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of facilities management.
Other duties
- Dealing with administrative tasks related to maintenance suppliers and facilities work
- Responding to, or logging, any problems or queries via agility (maintenance request) system
- Providing a high level of administrative support
- Providing a professional and efficient service to all clients
- Day to day supporting the administration of the subcontractors
- Support and assist the Account Manager and the team with administration requirements
- Monthly reporting and statistical analysis
- Invoice reconciliation
- Administration of compliance folders/files
- PO, invoice and quote administration
- Collating time sheets
- PO management and tracking
- Site inductions
- Waste management admin
- Asset logging/management/verification
- Compiling documents and presentations
