Hourly rate: £11.95 - £13.95 dependent on experience

Location: Various sites within Milton Keynes and surrounding areas

Hours: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work

Contract Type: Permanent

- This role will require you to work outside.

- Locations and hours will vary on a weekly and monthly basis depending on jobs booked for that week and you may be required to work early mornings.

Overview

Paretofm are looking to hire an experienced Window Cleaner to join our growing team.

You will be required to work outside and clean office building windows.

You will be required to take a direct interest in the health and safety of yourself, your colleagues and others who may be affected by your work activities.

Experience:

• Ideally, you will hold an IPAF license
• Previous experience working as a Window Cleaner
• Experience using a water-fed pole system, squeeze kits for internal window cleaning and internal poles for cleaning high-level windows.

Key responsibilities:

• Using the in-house system (Jobber) to track what work needs to be carried out each day
• Climb ladders.
• Use water-fed poles.
• Clean windows on high buildings using cradles or ropes.
• Talk to customers.
• Keep a record of Customer reports.
• Safely store and transport equipment.

• General window cleaning duties.
• Carry out cleaning tasks as required by the contract specification and Supervisor with agreed timescales.
• Be punctual and attend for duty as requested.
• To achieve the highest standard of work, with a positive team spirit.
• To continuously develop and improve quality standards.
• To meet managers, clients, and company expectations.
• To respond to any reasonable request of the company or client.
• To ensure that products, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and stored.
• To use your initiative to resolve problems where appropriate.
• Ensure that your appearance and conduct comply with the expectations of the company and the appropriate clothing/PPE is always worn.
• Communicate any unresolved cleaning issues.
