Pareto are currently looking for a Communications Manager to join us on a permanent basis to be based in Leeds.

We are looking for the most vibrant, exciting, enthusiastic candidate. We want team members to be outgoing, customer focused, always willing to help and always willing to own a problem to completion. The person needs to be a team player, who will always go above and beyond to achieve.

About the Role

  • Attend key update meetings  
  • Create updates for the business on key milestones  
  • Communicate on Workspace and create information packs 
  • Own the delivery of the wider external communication plan, using new and existing channels
  • Create a visual time line for projects highlighting key milestones  
  • Create graphics, info graphics and documents for distribution  
  • Ensure targets are going to be met and communicate to the business early if different  
  • Crisis communications in times when things go wrong
  • Create and manage a calendar of content
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders to understand key areas of focus and tailor data to those stakeholders  
  • Lead Multi-site internal communications to a range of different audiences
  • Run reports and own data
  • Write Business documents to a professional standard
  • Submit business documents to the business
  • Run workshops
  • Run meetings
  • Minute meetings 

Key Skills and Experience

  • Experience communicating change effectively
  • Strong influencer and negotiator
  • Creativity in delivering a message
  • Good experience working in a customer focused environment  
  • Working across the Corporate real Estate Team, compiling and delivering comms across multiple media platforms – online, email, presentations, signage etc
  • Ability to write well and enjoy their role
  • Discretion
  • Resilience
  • Experience in people management
