Support small installation and repair works where required
Ensure all works are completed safely and within compliance standards
Maintain strong communication with management, reporting progress and issues
Support and mentor junior engineers on site
Participate in an on-call rota (1 in 8, post probation) with £200 weekly standby
Team Structure & Support
You will lead a team of 2 on-site engineers plus on-site contract support
Reporting directly to the Line Manager / Contract Manager
Supported by wider Pareto FM engineering and operations teams

Skills & Experience
Fully qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Level 2/3 or equivalent)
