If you enjoy fault-finding, problem-solving, and taking ownership of building performance, this is a strong opportunity to develop within a supportive FM environment.

Supporting statutory planned maintenance and escalating issues where required
Carrying out plant start-up, shutdown, changeover and optimisation procedures
Undertaking regular site walk-rounds to ensure safety, cleanliness and performance
Supporting subcontractors and reviewing works on site
Carrying out small repair and installation tasks as required
Ensuring all plant rooms are safe, tidy and compliant
Communicating clearly with supervisors, account management and clients
Team Structure
You will work alongside 2 site engineers and a Contract Support
Reporting into the Account Manager
Supported by wider Pareto FM engineering and operational teams
Strong focus on teamwork, communication and shared standards
Qualifications & Experience

Experience Required
Experience working across a range of building services systems, including:
Boiler plant and ventilation systems
Pumps and pressurisation systems
Generators and switchgear

About You
Customer-focused with a professional approach
