Pareto FM is looking for an experienced and driven Regional Account Manager to oversee the delivery of soft services contracts across a portfolio of client sites.
This role is field-based, covering multiple client sites, and travel is a core part of the position. You’ll be responsible for operational delivery, client relationships, compliance, people management, and commercial performance across your allocated region.

The Role
As Regional Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of allocated accounts across the region, ensuring operational standards, staffing, compliance, and financial performance are delivered in line with client expectations and company standards.
You’ll work closely with Account Managers, site teams, clients, and support functions to maintain high service standards across all contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day delivery of multiple soft services contracts across the region
Manage and support Account Managers and onsite teams across allocated sites
Ensure smooth operational delivery, including holiday and sickness cover planning
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide regular operational updates
Support recruitment, onboarding, payroll queries, leavers, and wider HR processes
Ensure all sites have the correct equipment, uniforms, consumables, and resources
Oversee planned maintenance scheduling and subcontractor coordination where required
Ensure client purchase orders are received and processed correctly
Raise purchase orders and support monthly invoicing and recharge processes
Carry out regular site audits and provide feedback to teams and clients
Monitor service standards, compliance, and overall contract performance
Support aged debt management and invoice payment follow-up
Ensure site compliance documentation is fully up to date, including RAMS, COSHH, and SSOW
Promote Health & Safety best practice, including toolbox talks and online training
Report accidents, incidents, and near misses in line with company procedures
Support mobilisation of new contracts, including TUPE consultation processes
Coordinate regional vehicles, equipment maintenance, and PAT testing
Support monitoring and management of shared helpdesk activity
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience managing multiple soft services or cleaning contracts
Strong leadership and people management experience
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of Health & Safety and operational compliance
IOSH qualification or equivalent
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Experience within specialist cleaning or soft services environments is desirable
Confident managing operational issues and driving service improvements
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between sites

You’ll be comfortable balancing operational delivery with client expectations, while maintaining high standards across compliance, service quality, and team performance.
