We are currently seeking experienced Facilities Management professionals to join our growing operations across the London area.
As our business continues to expand, we are building capability across multiple sites and are looking for confident, capable Contract Managers / Facilities Managers who can take ownership of complex, high-profile environments and deliver consistently high standards of service.
This is a fully site-based leadership role, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of integrated FM services within busy, multi-service environments. You will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operational delivery while supporting strong client and stakeholder relationships.
This role is suited to hands-on FM leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy leading teams, and are motivated by driving service excellence and continuous improvement.
The Role
As Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the operational leadership of key sites within our London portfolio, acting as the senior onsite representative for FM service delivery.
You will take ownership of day-to-day operations, team leadership, compliance, and performance, ensuring services are delivered in line with contractual and business expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Lead day-to-day FM operations across hard and soft services
Manage and develop onsite teams to deliver high performance
Ensure consistent service delivery, quality, and continuity
Act as escalation point for operational issues
Lead team meetings and drive clear accountability
Client & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Provide regular updates on performance, risks, and service improvements
Manage feedback and resolve operational issues effectively
Support governance and account-level reporting
Commercial & Performance
Support financial performance of the site, including cost awareness and resource planning
Track additional works and ensure accurate reporting
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
Identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvements
Compliance, Risk & Quality
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities
Monitor KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement
Support audit readiness and risk management activities
Oversee subcontractor performance where applicable
Health & Safety
Promote a strong health & safety culture across the site
Ensure safe systems of work are implemented and followed
Support ongoing compliance in partnership with H&S teams
Projects
Support and deliver small to medium projects as required
Manage timelines, stakeholders, and delivery quality
Ensure safe and efficient execution of works
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking experienced FM professionals who can confidently manage complex sites and deliver high standards of service.
You will have:
Experience in a Contract Manager, Facilities Manager, or similar FM leadership role
Strong understanding of integrated FM services (hard and soft services)
Experience working in client-facing environments
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CAFM systems and building systems
Strong IT literacy
A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach
