Use facilities data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
Health & Safety
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of facilities-related Health & Safety procedures.
Ensure contractors and operational teams follow relevant H&S requirements.
Maintain appropriate controls around RAMS, permits, competency records and contractor documentation.

Monitor contractor and service-provider performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
Ensure contractor insurance, competency, RAMS, certification and compliance information is maintained.
Support service reviews and challenge poor performance where required.
Maintain facilities policies, procedures and operational controls.
Produce regular reporting covering compliance, PPM, H&S, contractor performance, expenditure, outstanding remedial works and facilities risks.
Support internal and external audits and ensure appropriate evidence is readily available.
Help drive continuous improvement across the Gymshark account.
