Respond promptly and professionally to reactive maintenance requests.
Ensure all work meets high standards and complies with site procedures and specifications.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
Adhere to all health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and method statements.
Complete accurate job reports, permits, and documentation.
Communicate effectively with site management, subcontractors, stakeholders, and other trades.

Good understanding of the built environment and ability to deliver high-quality outcomes promptly.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Thorough knowledge of health & safety regulations and ability to work within compliance.
