The main responsibilities for this role will be:
Working alongside the CRE Experience team to lead in the delivery of events from an AV perspective including steering event briefs from the business by taking a consultative position in conversations, being a guru for both the hardware and software required to support, involvement in gold tier events and managing stakeholders.
This role requires confidence in articulating CRE’s approach to AV to the wider business, working alongside the CRE Comms and Experience Manager to develop and amplify the AV pillar of the CRE Experience strategy.
Global Supplier management – Sourcing and briefing suppliers to deliver the events per local requirements, creating SOPs and negotiating contracts with suppliers. Management of the chosen vendors prior to events (gold / silver) and ensuring the appropriate equipment is requested, rate cards are in place and the appropriate risk assessments and BCP is completed.
Scoping and managing the event spaces in the offices – working with suppliers, the CRE Delivery and Development team and Flutter’s Workplace technology team to build hardware solutions for new projects and refurbishments and then managing the handover of assets post projects for BAU delivery, FMR and budget management.
As this role will require travel, the applicant should have the ability to work outside the UK (visas or resident status).
SKILLS: Able to make AV accessible through open communication, training, troubleshooting and problem solving. Expertise, strength to communicate, accountability, experience in matrix vendor management, teamwork, process driven.
Process / Procedures:
Design, Develop and deploy Flutter AV processes and procedures and ensure thorough testing of operational procedures with the principle of simplification
Support the development of a control framework to deliver change, achieve outcomes and realise benefits
Support the planning and delivery of AV Initiatives
Take responsibility for embedding processes to ensure all locations are compliant
Innovation:
- Provide input for new AV innovations and be an advocate of improved solutions.
- Continually develop operating standards, processes, and procedures for workspace
- Work with our suppliers to explore options for Pilot testing of new AV solutions.
- Able to call on past experience to offer viable innovations.
Operational Excellence:
- Support as required the remedial actions of site audits and inspections internally and from the wider business / externally from a process improvement perspective.
- Continually communicate in a way that leads the changes using the appropriate communication channel
- Act as an ambassador for service delivery excellence
- Feed into reports as required by the Head of CRE Operations and Services and wider business, including operational updates and realised benefits on a regular basis
People:
- Support the development of training matrices for our Workspace Teams to include process, SOPs and risk management
Culture carrier and promotes best practice.
Matrix Management of the WS Teams for AV activity
Working closely with wider CRE functions including Risk & Compliance, Workspace Experience, Development & Delivery, Shared Services and Procurement
