Key Responsibilities

As an apprentice, you’ll have a variety of learning opportunities, including:

• Assisting the Facilities Team in daily operations.
• Conducting inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Coordinating and supervising maintenance and repair activities.
• Implementing and upholding health and safety protocols.
• Learning the principles of people and team management.
• Assisting in budget management for facilities operations.
• Managing service contracts and liaising with external providers.
• Monitoring contractor performance to ensure quality standards are met.
• Driving process improvements.
• Rotating through departments, including time with the Senior Account Manager, Helpdesk, Compliance, and Technical teams.
