We’re looking for a friendly, professional and proactive Front of House Coordinator to join our team in Swindon, supporting a high-profile and culturally significant client site.
This is a key, client-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and employees — creating a welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception and workplace services.

The Role
As Front of House Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for reception, workplace support, and administrative tasks — helping to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What you’ll be doing
Front of House & Guest Experience
Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and staff
Maintain a clean, tidy and well-presented reception area at all times
Support and confidently communicate site security procedures
Manage the reception inbox, responding to queries and assigning tasks
Actively contribute to onsite team meetings and service improvements
Mail & Logistics
Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Distribute mail across the site daily
Keep the post room organised, secure and compliant
Workplace & Admin Support
Support the team with reporting and administrative tasks
Assist with new starter and leaver processes
Support internal events and workplace activities
Monitor stock levels and order supplies where needed
Step into other workplace roles when required to support the wider team
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a front of house, workplace or customer service role
Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional approach
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and workplace systems
Able to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive, flexible attitude with a willingness to support where needed
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining standards
Desirable
First Aid trained (or willing to train)
Fire Warden trained (or willing to train)
Experience in a fast-paced or corporate environment
