Pareto FM are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Workplace Host to deliver an exceptional front-of-house and workplace experience within a high-profile corporate environment.
This is a key role where you’ll be the face of the workplace — creating a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience for all visitors, clients, and colleagues. You’ll work closely with the Workplace Management Team to support daily operations while bringing energy, organisation, and attention to detail to everything you do.

The Role
As a Workplace Host, you’ll take ownership of the customer experience across the workplace, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.
You’ll also support wider workplace services, helping ensure the environment runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver a five-star front-of-house experience, welcoming guests and supporting employees
Act as a key point of contact for all workplace queries, ensuring a professional and helpful response
Support the coordination of workplace services and daily operations
Assist the Workplace Management Team in delivering a high-quality, consistent service
Build strong relationships with clients, visitors, and service partners
Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate
Support booking systems, reservations, and workplace coordination activities
Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable environment at all times
Handle administrative tasks and support reporting where required
Work collaboratively with service partners and internal teams

Comfortable using workplace systems, IT platforms, and booking tools
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a front-of-house, hospitality, or workplace environment
Strong customer service experience within a corporate or high-profile setting
Experience using booking systems or resource/reservation platforms (desirable)
Good understanding of workplace or facilities operations (desirable)
Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
